Order FAQs

  • By completing the order form below. Choose the options you wish for each product you would like to order. If you have any special requests, use the MESSAGE section.

    I will then confirm with you all the details of your order before your items are printed.

  • Upon completion of your session and delivery of your finished files, you will receive access to your private online gallery.

    Each image will have the option to select as a favourite and write notes. If you are selecting a single product, you can click the HEART icon to select the images for your order. If you are purchasing multiple items, please use the NOTE section to indicate what images are to be assigned to each item.

    I will confirm all the order details with you before your prints are made.

  • Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive an invoice for the cost of the order.

    If any items are included in your session package, the cost will be zero.

    An E-transfer is acceptable for any balance of items on the invoice.

  • Turnaround time is 8-12 business days. For local orders, items will be delivered to my studio, where I will inspect them to ensure they met the highest quality standards. I will then personally deliver your items to you.

    For long distance orders, your items will be shipped directly to you from the print studio.
